Webfoot Towing

Just got a tow from Jack at Webfoot towing. I cant recommend him and Webfoot Towing highly enough! Jack did a great job getting me and my Tesla Model Y towed from my home over to Discount Tire in Eugene. I could definitely tell he is focused on helping people, and cares about doing right by his customers. Fast, friendly, and excellent service! Thanks again for your help, Jack!

Predatory towers who take advantage of their community and team up with local businesses to extort the public. Very rude office staff.

When I was stuck webfoot towing was fast to get there! Not only were they fast to get there, but their service was friendly and helpful. Logan Dempsey was a wonderful driver. You could tell he really loved his job, incredibly friendly, and well educated in this field. I would definitely recommend them :).

Zero compassion nor concern of the public. Towing my neighbors car that was legally parked after the city coned off the legal parking area to cut trees and then asking for over $1400 to get it out. Their family has had multiple losses of family members, his wife is disabled and he lost his job and was searching for work. Kind of hard to pay your bills without a vehicle to go to look for work or work at all in this city. They still have their car and its needed not just for work but transportation to much needed medical appointments and therapies for the family. We are in difficult times. This company has no heart and has lost sence of what it means to be an American. We are supposed to have compassion for each other, help each other out not tare each other down. News media has also been notified. They should give their car back. These are law abiding citizens having a difficult time and this company just doesnt care. Compassion? Ill believe it when I see it..

Thank you Logan for comming to my rescue I was helping take my friends daughter in at river bend and my Chevy did something weird or I had a blonde moment, im very pregnant and emotional. He was so professional polite and saved the day he's my hero thank you so much. I was so scared I was going to be stuck and lose my vehicle. I would highly recommend calling asking for Logan he gets there fast gets the job done and is a reliable good guy. Thank you! thank you!
