        I went to take some pictures for my passport to this location. The pictures got rejected bc they were a bit too dark. I tried to get my money back since i had to take new ones at the passport processing office. Well, I declined to get a receipt when I paid for the ones at fedex and the lady said i could not get my money back since i didn't get a receipt. There should be a transaction record since i paod with my debit card. First time and last I go to this location to do anything.

        I called because I was home when their delivery person came by and the person didnt ring the doorbell so I could sign for a package. I called this store and the person told me they were too busy and to call back later. I was just trying to get an idea about my options because their automated phone services was not helpful. It was the worst experience I have ever had with a delivery company. If there is anyway to a void them in the future I will.
