Bryn Cook is a true professional who really goes the distance through all the twists and turns of finding and buying a house. We first "met" her through her YouTube channel followed by a Zoom from across the country to discuss our ambitious Eugene relocation plans. Whether virtually or in person, she skillfully guided us through the ins and outs of our Eugene home search, bid, inspection, negotiating, and contracting processes covering all the bases and ALWAYS a step ahead of the game. She's tough (when needed), thorough, deeply knowledgeable, well-connected, versatile, and accessible. Bonus for having a keen sense of humor and being a great videographer. We are grateful to have had Bryn in our corner.

Strongest possible rating for Bryn's work helping to find a home for our family in advance of a cross country move. We had a lot of requirements and constraints, and the tight housing supply in Eugene made the search extra challenging. Bryn was able to coach us through difficulties as they came up, and asked the right questions to help us think through these decisions.

Bryn did an outstanding job as our real estate agent! She had us and our needs figured out better than we did ourselves. As remote buyers, we were naturally a bit nervous. Bryn did a wonderful job of providing video walkthroughs of homes, pointing out what we needed to know about the homes, and set our minds at ease. We really enjoyed her honesty in her video narration, her sense of humor, and deep knowledge of the Eugene area. After providing us videos of two homes, based on our feedback she recommended one in an area of Eugene that we hadn't considered. After initially telling her we weren't interested, we really looked at what she'd recommended and realized that Bryn had matched everything we wanted in a home. How many remote buyers can say that their real estate agent found the right home on only the third showing? That's what Bryn did for us! We highly recommend Bryn as a real estate agent without hesitation.

Bryn was great to work with for our home purchase in Eugene. She was very knowledgeable, always replied to our texts or emails right away, shes upbeat and personable and she kept us on track during the purchase process. Bryn is a hard worker and we felt confident in her abilities as a realtor. I highly recommend her and wouldnt hesitate to work with her again in the future.
