So I'm seeing alot of negative reviews and I had some moments that I had to push back for my legal rights but in the end they worked really well with me after that. I lost my job due to some unfortunate circumstances and ended up 2 months behind before I finally had enough to make a decent payment. They worked with me were extremely helpful and understanding everytime I got in touch was met with nice kind understanding words. The time in the beginning that I struggled with I think was just alot of miscommunication however did receive some attempts at acting like I didnt know my rights.this was all during covid and alot of I'm sure stressful situations on thier end as well as mine in the endthey worked with ne really have been great to me I strongly advise just talking with them act like a human and I was treated like one. They have a buisness to run at the end of the day and have many properties so try to understand that and as for my experience they have tried to understand life and struggle. They are very low priced properties and I love it I dont need fancy if so get fancy things I need affordable and it's super hard to find anything in a realistic price range for a single person living ontheir own. I have had a really good experience with them and really think everyone else can too if you work with them I really hope to see more positive reviews on here cuz my experience wasnt like all these others

I live in a von klien apartment have for 2 years and I love it. I would love to find a house but I like von klien so much I have been watching for a house of theirs to open.

I have lived in my Von Klein managed apartment for 4 years. Any problem was resolved quickly and without fuss. Good ,friendlystaff.

Terrible properties at great rental prices. Covered in mold, leaking walls, outdated appliances etc. what you would expect. But they will hit you with outrageous bills when you move out. Never properly fix any problems you report to maintenance, and management is a joke.
