Lived here for a good amount of time. They never did the upgrades we were told about during the tour. They have you sign an agreement that youre going to cover carpet damages when you move out in order to sign a lease with them, (which Ill report to tenant services). I was angry then they accused us of having pets which we never had, saying they had to replace the carpet in a room. This proves to me that they did not change the carpet between us and the last tenant and then charged us for whatever the previous tenant left. If there even was pet stain. However, we argued it, rightfully so and they dropped the extra charge. How stressful to have to deal with that on top of moving?! They are terrible at returning calls. The best part about renting with them are the maintenance people! Bright will want to put tape and use a paper clip to fix issues but you can tell the guys who do maintenance care and want to help you. I had several maintenance issues where the guys advocated for us. When we moved out we didnt have one hole on the walls yet they charged us for them painting after we moved out, considered it damage. Anything we left would be normal wear and tear. Command strips were amazing. We still got charger nearly $100 I think theres worse places to rent from but as someone who never paid late, always communicated clearly, and took great care of the rental, I felt extremely discouraged because of their shadiness with our move out. Their complexes dont have the most upgraded stainless steel equipment and thats ok Id rather pay a lower rate than have new equipment. They take good care of the common areas. Some places have pools they maintain. Id say Id refer them to people if you need a place to rent but keep in mind they arent staffed enough for the volume they have.

Said I'd receive word back on my application as soon as it was processed. Well, not only did I not receive word back, when I tried to check the application status on the website I found out my account was just deleted for whatever reason. Very professional guys.

Was locked out of my apartment Friday night. Was told not an emergency. Slept at a friend's. Was contacted Saturday at 9 am for help. Already found my keys. It's a wash.
