I asked for some holes to be cut in some angle irons I had and they did a good job, they have a good looking shop. The reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because right when I was going to pay. I asked the owner how much it would be and he gave a negative barb that "I told you yesterday". I knew it was around $50 but I forgot the exact dollar amount. My question was completely valid and then he laughed at me, not a professional response. I would have expected better customer service from them. I might return again and change my review but as a customer I would appreciate a higher level of respect. I do like that they gave me a fair price and charged me for 1/2 hour of work instead of a full hour. I do understand that some customers are in front of me and they can't always perform a task while I wait, I also would have liked to pay with a credit card as getting a credit card processor isn't very difficult these days.My other piece of advice is to post pricing on their website even if it is the dollar amount for hourly work. I see they have a lot of potential for being one of the best in town but they need to work on their customer service treat every customer with respect no matter how small the job and secondly their website for both retail and commercial customers needs to be updated.
