Came highly recommended so we called for a bid and was scheduled for a Wednesday. No one showed up. Placed a second call a day later and Lauri said she didn't think she would make it to our appt...a day later. She claims she broke her foot, yet a courtesy call from someone would have been fine the day of our appointment. She said she would try to make it the end of the week but nothing. Called on the following Monday and she said she would have to call me back, never heard anything else. Lauri was rather rude on the phone as if she was being inconvenienced. If you like piss poor customer service or don't mind waiting for nothing from a company that doesn't follow through, this is your place. Look elsewhere, don't waste your time.

Called for a bid, took two days to get a response. Was told someone would contact me via email and to schedule a date and time to come out. That was two weeks ago. I left another voice mail, yet again no response. Piss poor customer service.
