We decided to switch from Comcast after way too many years of over paying for internet connection that was so slow. We chose Emerald Broadband and I am more than satisfied with their service. Tristan White the manager came out and personally helped me setup my smart home after the installers left. The savings we have made for something better, it's a no brainer to choose Emerald Broadband. Thank you Tristan for going out of your way to make it all work.

Ive been on Emerald Broadbands fiber network for a bit more than a year now and Ive been extremely happy. Speeds are symmetrical, meaning you can upload as fast as you download. Great for people who share a lot of photos and videos, or for having multiple Zoom calls going at once. There are no data caps, so you never have to worry about overage fees. Their prices are very fair for what you get. The price you sign up for is the price on your bill. There arent any extra fees tacked on. And you can get an extra 10% off if you pre-pay for a year of service up front. Its so great to finally have a good alternative to cable. Highly recommended for anyone in their service area!

Huge upgrade from providers like Xfinity. Faster internet speeds, great and supportive customer service, all both at a cheaper price.

Yes, you CAN ditch xFinity with confidence! Emerald Broadband came to my street and I signed up that week. Scheduling was easy, with a live person! Install crew was great, and attentive to the placement I requested. Hooking up my router to their interface couldn't have been easier. The best parts... reliable faster speed for a LOT less money and I LOVE supporting a truly local company with actual customer service, rather than the blood sucking corporate parasite (with automated phone tree mazes and never a real person) that xFinity has become.

Had Emerald Broadband fiberoptic service for a couple of weeks now, and it is FANTASTIC! None of the buffering delays we endured with C******. The installation crew was excellent. They answered all my curious questions and cleaned-up well before they left. The service has been rock-solid and it sure is SNAPPY! Even before installation the customer service was great. (I exchanged at least twenty emails with Erik prior to installation. He was always very helpful and patient. I Highly recommend Emerald Broadband. Local, Professional, and an EXCELLENT product.
