Worst service of any company I have to deal with.

I can say confidently and without a hint of hyperbole that this company is the worst I have ever dealt with. Its almost comical how inept they are. I would use ANY other provider if there were one near me, but this are the only ones that service my area. The incompetence is seriously shocking. I had one agent tell me that I could get 10mps (pitiful) at my house. She said that this was 10 megabytes per second. I said, no, its 10mps, not 10Mps, which is an eight fold difference. She argued with me (an automation and network analyst) and even consulted her supervisor, and they stood firm that is was megaBYTE and not megaBIT. And thats nothing. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING. EVER.

In have never experienced customer service as poor as this. My landline is still dead after 2 weeks of pure frustration and waiting all day for technicians who never arrive. The first technician came and tested my lines. He determined that the problem is with the external CenturyLink lines, so that I don't need to be home for the repair. However nothing has been fixed and they keep insisting that I need to be home for technician visits.

Basically the same story as everyone else. They booked the appt super far out, gave vague time to be here so I missed work, no one showed despite calling and being told someone was coming. Lied about the reasons and tried to rebook the next day. Seriously frustrating experience. Use anyone else.

They expect you to wait all day for their "vague" appointment time. Now I've been rescheduled for repair 7 times, and now they've no-showed again. Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever encountered.
