    The sales team were not pushy, let us browse, and answered our questions. The delivery team was on time, clean, professional and no profanity, which was a plus! Made sure that the recliners were working properly. Highly recommended! Will be back for future furniture! Thanks!

    Terrible furniture, shady sales. I recently purchased a multiple piece order from here. It was a lot of money for me. Placed order, picked it up in boxes from the warehouse. When I got home and put together one piece, the furniture quality was below Walmart partical board. Called to return and the msn who answered the phone was terribly rude. I was told they will not accept. Stated special order. Our salesman assured us if we didn't like we could take back to the warehouse. I have proof this salesman did not have us sign to acknowledge a special order could not be returned. If fact I did not get the piece of paper saying this until after I paid. Not only did this salesman not tell us about this policy, he told us opposite then proceeded to hide this information. I will never shop here again and to anyone who does, please pay attention to their corrupt sales tactics. Edit: lawyer have been contacted in regards to this matter.

    Great experience, The salesman Robert was very knowledgeable about the products in his store, and infinitely patient as my partner and I took our sweet time picking the best bed. Then changing out mind about 100 times. He was kind and enthusiastic, not at all pushy for a sale. I mean.. he is a sales person, so there was a bit of that. But what can you expect.. that's his job. But in no way did it come off as overbearing. It was actually a nice experience to have him there giving us factoids about the products or recommendations based on our comments. We were so happy with the experience we were going to go back and buy more from him. But we just happened to find a pice they didn't have that suited us better. But this place is 100% worth the stop to see what they have in stock. Ask for Robert. Although I'm sure the other sales people are great too!

    After weeks of dragging my husband across Lane County for the "Perfect" family room furniture, we finally stumbled into Rife's Home Furniture. I'm not sure whom was happier; myself, as I lit up with excitement seeing all the refreshing options and modern displays that was lack-luster at other stores, or my husband knowing he never had to sit, pet, discuss, question, or SEE another piece of furniture AGAIN! The staff were knowledgeable, helpful and didn't hover like buzzards waiting for the sale. I appreciated their patience as I wandered the showroom, taking pictures, asking dumb questions, requesting swatches of different fabrics and keeping my husband company as I ran around like an ADD Chihuahua, pushing buttons and talking to myself. I'm super happy with our battery-powered loveseat recliners and couch with chaise lounge. They are beautiful in our space and the dogs give 5 stars as well! Crazy wife, humble husband, and 4 dog approved shopping experience! Oh, and I have to mention... AFFORDABLE!!!
