        This bank blocks every purchase I make. I rarely have free access to MY money and it's such a hassle. Everytime I call they say the problem has been fixed but the card continues to not work. I don't like when people play with my money and if I could give negative stars I would.

        Aweful customer service, and they can't seem to pull ACH payments, even when my bank has confirmed the routing and account numbers are correct. I have never been so frustrated.

      Good afternoon, MadelieneThank you for expressing your concerns. For clarification, financial systems are designed to protect people from fraud. With that in mind, here are a few reasons a card transaction would be blocked.Incorrect pinShady vendorsPurchases routed through specific countriesCard expired Vendor holds. - Some vendors, gas stations, and hotels, for example, put holds on your card until the purchase is complete. Because of that, your balance may not reflect correctly until the hold falls off. This means there are times that a purchase is declined for insufficient funds because of a hold. Lack of travel plans - When traveling out of the country, be sure to alert your bank about the dates of travel and countries visited. Otherwise, fraud systems will block charges. To uncover the root of your specific fraud blocks, I need more information.
