      image Awful customer service. Very heavily misguided on information by adding a new phone line to our account in order to upgrade my sisters device, which we were then charged for the additional line for a full year without our knowledge or use. It came out to just over $600 in additional charges for a line we never used or even knew about.. Highly disappointed, I would recommend going to an AT&T corporate store as the employees there actually seem to know what they are doing as opposed to coning customers into something just to make a sale for their store. Very stressful experience to have at this location.
