We were Columbia Bank customers when the two banks merged. I'm happy to report the service is as great as I'd come to expect with Columbia Bank.

I had a real-estate loan and checking account. Had excellent dealings.

First rate services. We have been customers since the 1980s. Never a reason to complain. Great customer service, and I appreciate the bilingual staff.

I love Umpqua Bank. They would get 5 stars, but I got conflicting info from the phone line and the branch.
