Out of All big Banks! Compared to Wells fargo, and US Bank... Bank of America gives them a run for their money. These types of banks are meant for people who pay up front and not take loans. If you're trying to take out a loan than go to a credit union where you belong! I mean business! Not debt....

Bank of America is terrible with car loans - I strongly suggest finding another lender. We were pre-qualified for a loan and had multiple banks to choose from. We chose Bank of America and they have misrepresented when they could do the loan. Their agents were confused and somehow got information wrong from a Purchase Order. It's amazing because the information was there. This led to the loan being delayed, travel to the dealership being delayed,, the dealership being frustrated, us wasting money on travel expenses that are no longer going to be used. If I could give them zero stars, I would but that is not an option. BofA - feel free to contact me about this trainwreck as I have the reference number and all other materials. Their website and initial agents make it seem like the process will be quick and easy, but instead it is drawn out and the opposite of transparency. They won't even provide you (the customer) with the tracking number of the check that they overnight. Take note of that - they do not wire money but instead use a hard copy of a check. Who does that for large purchases? I wish I knew how problematic they were before this started. Let our poor experience be your warning - use a different lender.
