Classy store friendly helpful employees good atmosphere.
I got a couple of checks for the holidays and took them to this new branch. The staff and store are brilliant. However, I was accosted by some drugged out person asking me for money who stumbled out of the nearby Vapor Shop. They really need a security guard in the parking lot dealing with the trash. Because I don't want to enter and leave a bank doing my business with sketchy Drugged up people who may or may not be armed coming up to me alone.
Generally I would rate the sketchy parking lot interaction 3 star. However, this is a brand new store and the employees are all Doing stellar and I love them. I will open a account with them in the future.

Deliberately tried to keep me from my dead fathers account even though Im executor. I had a death certificate and letters of administration along with all identification. Then proceeded to make rude comments about my attorney. Absolutely unprofessional.

Update: removing one star because they don't have a public restroom! I live over 55 minutes away. Coming to town to go to the bank and then trying to head home I have to go find a restroom somewhere else I think is inappropriate.
Old Review: Good new location as of Oct. 2023. Nick, behind the counter, was helpful, polite, courteous, and personable. I have had him help before at another Umpqua Bank location and he is knowledgeable in setting up new accounts.
