Sheppard Audi in Eugene is awesome. We have had some constant annoying/intermittent issues with our TDI A6 and had it diagnosed and serviced by Wilsonville without any success. Chugging, fume smells, etc. They seemed to only occur at low temps and low speeds.
Luis and the technicians at Sheppard Audi were fantastic. They identified every issue via inspections based on my naive descriptions of the problems and were able to handle and correct every single problem. I am impressed and completely satisfied. Looking forward to them having a dealership rather than just the service center for Audi. Services: Exhaust, Auto engine diagnostic, Wheel alignment, Oil change
