Always great customer service. The mechanics are honest, and they stand by their work. I recommend this shop to anyone who needs to have their vehicle fixed. I will happily drive the 45 minutes to go to this specific shop.

I was taking my car here for several years and initially was very happy with service and prices. However, a little over a year ago my car overheated. I took it to them to look at and they charged me a fair amount but indicated everything was evaluated and fixed. 3 months later my car overheats again - when Im out of town getting ready for my wedding day. I had to take my car to Midas in a pinch just so I could drive it back home to Eugene. I called Oakmont and explained what had happened and they said I could bring it in for them to look at but if my car wasnt actively overheating they likely wouldnt be able to identify the problem. This seemed ridiculous and at this point I was concerned about paying more for a temporary fix and had lost trust in them. I took my car to Randalls Automotive and they evaluated my car and turns out my head gasket was blown and that was the issue. Have not had any issues since.
