This has been one of the best experiences Ive had with mechanics in Eugene. Everyone Ive dealt with has been truly professional and gone above and beyond. The owner literally drove with me for well over a half hour while the computer was plugged in to try our best to diagnose my issue. He then took the truck out back to have his mechanics look over the results and has done this all, free of charge. I had work done previously on my cv acxle, and since an issue popped up in the same area as that original issue, it they repaired wheel bearing for the cost of the part. Truly above and beyond service with kindness and respect. 100% recommended!!! Services: Steering & suspension repair, Auto engine diagnostic, Wheel alignment

I sincerely appreciate the service and honesty from this shop after the staff at Goodyear on 7th tried to convince me my car needed an additional $1800 in unnecessary repairs after buying new tires or else it would be unsafe to drive.. These guys will take care of you and make sure you get the service you deserve. I know I will be taking my Honda to C&L for all its maintenance and inspections in the future. Thanks Steven! I really appreciate the help and kindness that they show me and the have repaired any and all problems that I have had over the many years I have taken my car to C & L Automotive. Great service and people that work there .
