Very impressed with the combination of professionalism and inter personal communication skills that are shared by the team at Integrity Automotive Repair.I rarely recommend family or friends to businesses unless I feel the quality of the product is worth endorsing. Have told a few friends about my experience with Integrity and so far 2 of them have had their pickups serviced there. Both told me they are equally impressed with the quality of service they received. I found the customer service very helpful and are willing to give straightforward advice on needed work to the vehicle. No pressure if you decline, just honest conversation about why they recommend the repair.

Loren and Jessica are the best people to work with! They gave me a loaner car and kept me informed of the progress. I highly, highly recommend them.

Very easy to do business with. Friendly team there. They explain everything that they will do and answer any question you may have. If you need to have work done on your rigs this is the place to go.

Not feeling the integrity.
I'll give them two stars because the employees were very nice.
I paid them $150 for a diagnostic service; They did not do all the things they said they were going to do! even after my asking & them saying they will
& that diagnostic Cost is not applied, even partially, to your repair costs (Which when I asked, the guy actually told me yes it was but apparently misunderstood me)
I think maybe the people whose job it is to call you and tell you what repairs need done to get permission or on some kind of commission that the guy who called me and told me that I needed a particular part, and specifically not a cheaper part that was recommended by auto shops.
I want to have my car last as long as possible so I believed him and got the most expensive parts .
I was surprised at the cost and due to a family emergency haven't had a lot of money, so when I seemed to say I would have to call him back after seeing if other shops could do it cheaper, he came up with a sudden $50 "coupon".
After they did the repairs I called three other shops to ask What they would've charged for the exact things that they did and it was about $300 less (And other shops apply the diagnostic fee to the repairs if you have it repaired with them)
In the paperwork they gave me a list some parts and materials for other repairs I need and you can see from that that they up charge on everything; a sealant that cost $15 they have put down as $75.
Their paperwork also indicates that they gave me an option whether I wanted my old parts back, they never gave me that option. I did want the old parts back because some of them were brand-new from the auto parts store and they could've returned them (The parts that three other shops told me would be fine, but this shop said were "wrong ones"
So they're very sweet and they're waiting room is comfortable and they offer free coffee, but integrity? unfortunately no
I should've gone to Action Automotive where my son takes his vehicles (and they take diagnostic fee is out of repair costs & do all they say they will)
