What a helpful parts store!
I belive his name was Connor, he was very knowledgeable and enthused to look at my '87 4runner. He showed me some tricks and probably saved me a trip to a mechanic. Scott was the other mans name, also a big help assisting me and looking up parts. I'll go out of my way to go back to Autozone over O'Reilly.

Thank you for the great service yesterday helping analyze an issue with a Land Rover. Staff and manager were super helpful and knowledgeable. Much appreciated from out of town visitors!

Best friendly service. ** Updated things have changed around here. Are on a small business in Long Island AutoZone for my first call parts. Unfortunately they do not like to honor my reward points when I can see them standing in the system. Condescending store manager needs customer service training. One look at my account will tell you that I am right before your parts retail guy even starts talking. I figured you would cater to me. Second time having a problem at AutoZone in March. I'm tired of the hostility and the customer is always wrong approach. Call only stopped here again if there's just no other answer. I believe the store manager said his name was Brett. I hope you can find some people who enjoy working with the public and their jobs, and I understand the value that a small business customer represents. Due to the attitude I will take even my small purchase to O'Reilly's several miles away
