Dava was simply amazing helping us to sell our house, she spent time explaining exactly what to expect as we sold our house, she helped us to know what to do and when to do it. We never felt like we were left alone during the process. Dava was responsive at all times of the day and evening whenever questions or fears popped into our heads. If you are a new homebuyer, Dava is the realtor you NEED! More than 25+ years of experience in the Corvallis/Albany area. She knows all the ropes and all the folks. She is also extremely patient, and will explain everything in a way you can understand. Finally, Dava can make things happen FAST, a much needed skill in a market like this.
