Would absolutely use her again in my next home sale. She ensured I was kept in the loop at each stage of the game, proactively reaching out to me with updates. Additionally she provided very helpful insight into what I should fix up (because it would add more value than the cost) and what I should not fix up (because it would cost more than it brought in).
