Dawn was absolutely excellent to work with! This was our first time purchasing a home in many years. Dawn was extremely responsive to all of our questions and kept us informed every step along the way. She was also the perfect conduit for all of our questions for the builder and made sure that everything went smoothly from contract to closing.
