Nancy Savage is OUTSTANDING at her job and I could not be more grateful that she was referred to us when we were looking to buy our home in Albany. Because our familys dream home ended up being a charming old farmhouse on acreage, the purchasing process turned out to be quite the journey - a journey we would not have made it through without Nancy. She is extremely knowledgable and helped us make informed, educated decisions every step of the way. She is also very thorough and organized. At the beginning, she clearly outlined the entire process and kept us on track, despite so many moving pieces, along the way. After the inspection, we needed to gather multiple quotes for repair addendum items. Nancy managed the entire process - scheduling contractors, meeting them at the house because we didnt live in the area and then chasing them down for quotes afterwards. When things were uncertain and challenging, she was calm, collected and always had out best interests front and center. We couldnt be happier to be in our dream home and it is without a doubt thanks to Nancy. I will be referring her to anyone I know looking to buy (or sell) their home in the Albany/Corvallis area. Nancy is wonderful to work with. She is an excellent communicator and quick to respond to messages and to schedule showings. She has a calm and thoughtful style which is so welcome in a difficult market. The thing that really sets Nancy apart from other realtors that weve worked with is that she clearly has her clients best interests in mind.
