Don't expect them to answer the phone... ever. We are dealing with water damage leading to a kitchen remodel, so time is critical. I initially contacted them 2 weeks ago and it took 2 days to get a call back. We are now two weeks since my first call, 10 days since they came out to measure, and still do not have a quote in hand. We really were impressed by the other reviews here, but have not been able to see their showroom as the are relocating or, as I said, managed to get anyone to respond in a timely manner.

Without reservation, we gratefully give Wood and Hinge the highest rating possible for our long awaited and extensive remodel. From start to finish, we are extremely pleased in every aspect of the job they did to transform and update most of our house. The remodel consisted of an entirely new kitchen, laundry room, guest bath and bathroom addition in second master. In addition, we have new flooring, paint, baseboards, tank-less water heater, modified plumbing/electrical, relocate walls/doors and basic repairs throughout areas of our home. Much appreciation and thanks to the Wood and Hinge team which consisted of Colter Forrest (project/operation manager), Nicole Zedwick (interior designer), Jake Elliott (foreman), Joe (right hand man), Daniel and Patrick. This team dedicated themselves to our project and provided professional and personal service on a daily basis. Jake and his crew became like family and were delightful to have in our home. This is a sincere compliment, particularly since we were home during most of the remodel construction which took four months. I could write a novel singing their praises, but I will summarize and keep it to the highlights! The project exceeded our expectations and turned out beautiful beyond our imagination. The bid was very reasonable compared to others in this industry and came in on budget! It took longer than anticipated, however, we added quite a few additional items from original bid. Jake and his team arrived on time every day with smiles and cheerful attitudes, were sensitive to our needs and accommodated our lifestyle. They offered valued advice/suggestions and cleaned up after themselves! They were very detail oriented and went above and beyond to help us with things that werent part of the project. We were fortunate to have Nicole and her interior design expertise to help make the million decisions that go along with a remodel! We absolutely love our new home and welcome anyone who is considering using Wood and Hinge for their remodel to contact us for a showing.
