At first they treat you great and put you in the vehicle of your choice. Give you free oil changes and the whole works. Then they call you and say they can help with refinancing. When you get there they act like they have never seen or spoken with you. Then try to push you into another vehicle. The only. Reason I gave 2 stars is cause after wasting your time they offer you the gas money you spent for them to waste your time.

Very pleased working with staff/family members, but can't give 5 stars because the 2018 Land Rover I purchased wasn't detailed. All 4 tires had 32 PSI instead of what was required, and I'm pretty sure I have to get oil changed after only having vehicle a week because "service required" msg keeps popping up and brakes are squeaking. I was told it was fully serviced and nothing needed to be done before purchasing vehicle.

Sign a deal and let you off the lot only to haggle you for a WEEK for more money. Absolutely ridiculous

Having been hit in a head-on collision, my 2020 Nissan Altima was totaled. I was impressed by how the Altima protected myself and my passengers from severe injuries. After researching 2022 Altima trims, I called Kiefer and Amanda returned my call. I told her I was looking for a gun metal gray 2022 SV trim Altima. She said an SL and SV were due to arrive within 2-3 weeks and Kiefer would provide a free rental until my car arrives. I drove 3 hours to Kiefer and Amanda picked me up where I dropped my rental car. She explained the two cars coming in and I stuck with the SV. Amanda communicated the price and financing options with absolutely no pressure. The closing process was also pressure free. I reserved the exact car I wanted and went on my way in a very nice rental car to use until my new car is ready to drive home. I am completely satisfied with my Kiefer Nissan experience.
