Salesman left us to go look at our trade in and disappeared for a while, at least 20 min, without coming back to tell us anything, had to go and find him to learn what was going on. Found a great truck, drove home to Coast and engine light came on expensive brand new diesel Chevy Duramax had NO DEF. Two very big frustrations we experienced but Jordan was very kind and a pleasure to work with; Mauro was nice to work with and found us a better interest rate with better coverage. All in all, we love our truck and were happy with the people that worked with us, professional, aside from the above two concerns, would have given 5 stars instead of 4. Love the truck.

Husband came in pretty distraught about our electrical on our used truck we purchased. Aaron in service went above and beyond, was patient and helped my husband figure out what the issue was. Needless to say, his professional and work ethic is much appreciated! Can't thank you enough
