This morning, the best water heater we've ever had decided to expire on us. Stressful, right?!? Recalling that MHK had come highly recommended by a friend, I called to request emergency assistance. Within 30 minutes, the rescue team arrived. After assessing the geriatric water heater, they diagnosed it as deceased, crushing any hope of resuscitation. I was assured that a new model could be obtained and installed before quitting time. Stress level seriously improved by this time! The young men located the replacement heater at Farrs and I paid for it over the phone, thereby avoiding any markup. From the time they arrived back at my home, and the time the water heater was installed, 30 minutes had elapsed. Then, they agreed to transport heater corpse to dump! Fantastic, right?!? The team at MHK is friendly, fast, efficient! Tell your friends and neighbors, they will thank you!
