Green Coast Plumbing Inc.

So, based on my recent experience, Green Coast Plumbing is effectively dead. My sources tell me the owner bailed and this place is down to one guy named Michael (and that's the name in the message you get when your call goes unanswered). I've called many times, never answered, left multiple VMs and used their web tool to request callback. I haven't heard back after days. And here's the thing: I have a very expensive commercial water heater (we're talking 5 figures) that Green Coast installed that is now having an issue and is dead. Support is non-existent. And hot water is not optional for my guests. Oh, and maybe you doubt the veracity of my claim? Check out the photos for Green Coast on Google Maps. See that AO Smith heater? Yep. That's mine. So, yeah. Better look elsewhere for your plumbing needs. Because when you're in need, turns out you're on your own.

Second time he's done plumbing for us. After plumbing new bathroom last year came out and identified leak in old part of house and was under our narrow crawl space and had it repaired with new fittings and pipe in less than an hour at very reasonable price. After 44 minutes of installing our water heater $396.00 charge 2 weeks later our brand new water heater blew up because of inept repair man didn't notice it was a 120v not a 220v...I will never use them again and won't recommend them to anyonce, the reason we used these guys was that Perry's suggested them...man do we feel taken by Green coast and Perry's Service: Water heater installation

I really wish I could write a comment on the quality of work this company does, however I can't because the plumber never showed up or called to cancel an appointment . I carved the morning out to accommodate his "schedule" but never even got a cancellation courtesy call. I learned my lesson and will not let this irresponsible company near my house. My address is in Coos Bay Or. but yelp has me in California.

I work for Bay Area Hospital's Bright Beginnings Learning Center. We are having a "Community Helpers" themed month. The occupation for today was Plumbers. Jason came to the learning center to visit with the preschool students, where he told them about the job, showed them some cool stuff, answered some questions, etc. HE WAS PHENOMENAL. The kids enjoyed the visit SO much, as did the teachers. They gave such great feedback. We appreciated Jason taking the time out of his busy schedule to do something for the children of our community. If he goes above and beyond in something like this, I'm sure he goes above and beyond in his work. Thank you, Jason!
