The workers at the front desk were helpful and personable, no matter who they were. The rooms were clean and spacious, the gym was more than sufficient, but the one thing that really stood out was the courtesy of all the workers. I have never in all my years of staying at hotels seen a breakfast worker go around to all of the tables to ask if they wanted to get anything else before breakfast was closed down. A+ in many ways in my book. Nearby activities: Right across the street from the Clackamus Mall

Loved staying here. The hotel is beautiful and the staff is awesome. The location can't be beat with lots of shopping and restaurants. I will definitely return and I highly recommend this hotel.

The workers here are wonderful and the rooms are very clean. Great for someone with asthma and allergies. The only downside is very limited space for dogs outside. I would only stay here if your dog is social because you will be running into many other dogs in a limited space. I really enjoyed the breakfast, decent variety.

My experience was " exceeds expectations!" I stayed at Residence Inn since 11/2023 for a travel assignment. My first impression was with Keith!!! He was welcoming and had a great smile. He told me about all the best spots and helped me navigate what this Florida girl needed for Oregon weather. Then, I met Robyn. She was awesome and very helpful. Ilyas was the best and he was helpful as well. Shayna helped me when I l was in a pickle and she made me feel important. The house keeping staff are on point. My room was cleaned and refreshed at least twice a week. If I needed an extra clean- the staff was right there to help. I cannot forget Brenda in the kitchen. She makes the best oatmeal. She kept a clean breakfast area and she greeted guest and she always asked how I was doing. I felt safe and I walked to the mall and Claim Jumpers. I actually walked to Chick-fil-A as well. The hotel is near the train/bus station and I thought it would be an issue, however, I had no issues at all. If you need an extended stay hotel-this is the place Food & drinks: Very close to many food options. Several are in walking distance
