Spent an hour on the phone setting up reservations drove 3 hours when we arrived they had given our rooms to someone else and no longer had 2 connected rooms and the 2 rooms they had were over a $100 more dollars. Very very unhappy made what should have been a couple days of relaxing very stressful as a couple with two children this was not how we planned things to go had I known they were going to give away the rooms we had reserved we wouldn't have drove 3 hours. This will be the last time staying here I really hope this doesn't happen to others who travel from further away. They admitted that they took our reservations but no accountability or even an explanation for why they gave our rooms away nore an apology instead charged more for rooms that didn't meet our needs it was a slap in the face.
