      image I went here for a currency exchange, a service which they claim they offer. However, I do not have an account with Chase. When I said I'd be willing to open an account the girl at the counter said they were too busy... there was only one other customer in the bank. What a waste of time, what a joke!

      image Horrible customer service. We have several accounta and mortgage with Chase. I came in to get something notarized, was told they were busy (I was greeted as walking in and 1 customer was at the counter, multiple employees looked free). I was told to try a different day or go to the Post office, Fed EX, UPS. He was exteremly dismissive and oushed me off while walking away. I ended up going to one of my Credit Unions who quickly took care if it.
