the new manager is so trashy!! and the apartment complex itself is trashy! my husband came home one night to find people digging in the trash at 3 am and another guy doing HERION in his car!! may i remind you that kids live here! and lindsay complains about EVERYTHING!! and is barely here! it's so frustrating!! do not live here!!

Iv lived at Village at Sunrise since 2014.
The staff is great. Our manager Lindsey is great to work with. Very caring and always willing to work with me through any
challenges life throws at me.
Our maintenance manager Mike is by far the
Best maintenance manager iv ever dealt with. He's fast, efficient, and great with customer service not to mention he knows what he's doing. I'm assuming most of the negative reviews were left by residents that left on not great terms but as a resident that still currently lives here I have nothing but good things to say about everything from the grounds to the apartments to the staff.

DO NOT MOVE HERE. The management is horrible and despite how nice they seem, they WILL take a master key and get into your apartment. That's what happened to me and my partner. I filed a lawsuit against them because when me and my partner weren't home, the manager Deborah thought it would be cute and funny to put a ton of helium balloons into my apartment to surprise my husband for his birthday. NOT COOL. Nobody has authority to enter a persons home without consent. I'm sure they thought it was funny, but I did not. The management team almost lost our cat by leaving the front door open. When I got home I called the police and reported our apartment had just been broken into. The police actually took action against the complex for breaking and entering. I filed suit against them years ago but won in a court of law. It was breaking and entering. This place is NOT worth moving into and the neighbors are nosy and always in your business. They'll try to be your friends and end up on your doorstep every single day. Not worth the hassle and definitely not worth the money. Avoid this place at all costs. It's not a family environment and it's definitely not an environment for kids to grow up in. This is the WORST apartment complex in Oregon. The entire management team needs to be FIRED. If you live here, please call the police and report the office for violations of trespassing and soliciting. This place is not safe, up or down.
