        The staff at this community is definitely lacking and have caused multiple of their own issues due to either negligence or raw incompetence. Tried escalating my issues and concerns to the regional manager and was told "we need documentable proof of said issues " even tho other reisdents have complained about my exact same concerns...

        Dont move here. Avenue5 is the absolute worst management company to ever exist. If you enjoy constant problems with no recourse to fix said issues, obnoxious neighbors and more then this is the place for you. 0/5 do not recommend. I am a resident and wont be for much longer.

        We had an appointment to be shown an apartment and after we paid 20.00 fir an uber to get there not only had they rented the apartment but there was no appointment on the books

        Mainly small apartments as theres like 3 or 4 buildings.. online floor plans also represent thatI remember when this was open nature space. Was also interested in moving but Ive emailed them 3 times last week and nobody has replied.
