We returned in mid-February from a two week trip to find that our heat pump had died! Our house was so cold. We called Allied and they had someone out here the next day to take a look. It turned out we needed a new heat pump. We were leaving again soon and they said they could install it about five days after we got home. We were dreading another five days of no heat after our return, but it turns out it was installed the day after we got back. They had a cancellation and put us right in. The installation was efficient and they well explained how to use the thermostat and we now have a warm house. I would recommend Allied for any heating issues!
