I opened a account 15 years ago through them, they have always been AMAZING, after dealing with the Grants Pass location, I came to appreciate how amazing they truely are. The staff has always been wonderful to me, and treated me like I was important, and always took care of our needs. They should Fire the Grants Pass locations manager, and have the Manager here in Central point run both and double their salary. I always say it to everyone I know, but after moving to GP and dealing with that location, I must say, THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU! EVERYONE GO TO CENTRAL POINT CHASE! Portland branches were also amazing the whole time I lived up there also, thank you all.
PS if you have customers that dont value you, send them to Grants Pass, that location is so terrible, so disrespectful, so unprofessional, when they return to you they will worship you as I do!!!

Outside ATM good for handicap. Easy parking. Friendly staff, knowledgeable. No safe deposit boxes at any Chase locations.
