        Very nice building in the center of bustling downtown Canby. The personable manager on site is a very good communicator. The parking area is not very nice.

        Olga was the sweetest and so helpful. Ive always had a hard time reaching anyone in the office but Olga answered my call right away! She answered all my questions and was very personable.

        They say they are now leasing but everytime I call it went to VM. I've walked to their office twice within biz days/hours, only to find the door locked and no one there. I did talk to someome once who had no clue what was available and to call back in two days, then back to a VM again. This is NOT how you do business! I'll be shopping for an apartment elsewhere, this place has been a waste of my time.

        Great place to live, you can walk within 5 minutes to: CAT Transit Center,Wait Park, Cutsfoth Grocery Store, Canby Library, restaurants, Dental, Eye, Medical, Coffee shops, bakery, barber and beauty shops, and many more businesses. Every thing you need is right here. Our Manager Larry and Maintenance Man Steve are only a knock away.
