Purchased a defective $45 controller, and I went to return it within the 2 week return period, and was told I could trade it in since its been opened, for a value of $10, or only swap with the same exact same model which didnt work in the first place.

Clerk (Girl ) lied about the GPG warranty. Said if I open the PS5 game warranty was void. Thats a lie. Warranty is still good if its defective. Wont be back to Bend Gamestop again.

Worst customer service ever, did not say a single word to us and we were the only people in the store, did not answer questions and when we went to ring up were ignored as they packaged things. Get some new people hired. Walked out and did not buy anything due to the lack of customer service. What are they even getting paid to do?
