        My husband went to Summit health, urgent care for an IV as we knew he had Covid and was dehydrated. 2 hours in the waiting room. The IV was inserted incorrectly, causing infiltration, we left with him in worse condition than when we arrived. Have had much better healthcare in developing countries. Left concerned about our healthcare system in Bend. Charged $660, it doesnt take 45 min to tell someone they have Covid. It was 15 min of with the doctor. A complete waste of our time. Avoid this place

        3 hour wait for an antibiotic that wasnt even called in the same day. Had to chase it down. Avoid at all costs.

        Charged me 600 dollars for three quick swabs without truly addressing what I wanted to see them about. Turned out it was a serious problem that needed urgent correction, but they gave me a false diagnosis of 'stay home and it'll get better.' Go somewhere else.
