High Lakes Urgent Care

My son broke his finger this evening and the folks at High Lakes Urgent care were phenomenal. Ashley Lane and Sim (I think) were caring, compassionate, and made the experience much better than the 2 other Urgent Cares that turned us away this afternoon at 4:45p. It was a blessing we got in touch with High Lakes. Thank you! ***Had our follow up appointment and the work they did at Urgent Care setting and splinting his finger was done well enough to prevent surgery! Very Thankful!

The staff from the receptionist on up are very competent and clearly want to give you the best care possible and see to it that your issue is resolved. My family has used this facility a few times and we have always been impressed and have felt that we got excellent care. This time was no exception.

This spot is my go to urgent care. They are super friendly and its always super chill inside. Instead of making you wait they give you an appointment time to come back. Docs and PAs are lovely and I be just had stellar experiences here.

Completely confident with the great care i received at High Lakes. Eric Sorenson is a very empathetic and caring PA. I trust him for the very best care. The staff is very friendly and efficient. Thank you for the care i received.

Ive never been to a more organized urgent care. First off you can make an appointment! Second, they were on time. Most importantly I felt very well cared for by Eric Sorenson.
