We rented from North Star for 2 years and they were always fair and on top of things when and if we had any issues we needed help with. Specifically Sheri, Jodi, Jennifer, and Faith were all very helpful with questions or requests whenever we had them. They all made transitioning into the home very easy, living in the home a pleasure, and transitioning out of the home a breeze when it came time for us to move.

As a realtor, I have had the pleasure of working with many property managers over the years, and I must say that my experience with North Star has been exceptional.
From the very beginning, Faith demonstrated a deep understanding of the local real estate market and was able to offer valuable insights and advice on how to position the properties I was selling. She was always professional, responsive, and easy to work with, which made my job much easier.
One of the things I appreciate most about North Star is their attention to detail. They take care of everything from tenant screening to rent collection, and they ensure that all necessary repairs and maintenance are done promptly and to a high standard. I have never had to worry about the properties they manage, as I know they are in good hands.
