Partners property Management is deceptive, unresponsive and clearly trying to squeeze as much money from you with minimal effort on their part. Lots of unrepaired things in the new place, they never call back, getting repairs is not smooth as there are many road blocks erected to dissuade you from jumping through the hoops to get anything done. The unresponsiveness is the hardest; been trying to deal with them on a very basic repair for several months and they won't do it (being vague so as not to out myself here). They just keep forgetting about the issue. I have now logged 7 calls on the matter and get a very creative response each time as to why they haven't followed up.

Brandi is such a helpful human being! I called her to get help with my own property and she was able to give me current, legally accurate information. She is very involved in the local organizations so she knows what's happening in Deschutes County for sure. If you want someone who is not only cheerful but a hard hitter too, I would highly recommend Brandi at Partners Property!

In this extremely competitive market where the vacancy rate in Bend is less than 1 per cent, it was nice to come across a property management office that did things differently than the others I was using. I think the demand for reasonably priced livable rentals has caused seekers, me included, to do a shotgun approach and apply for a property as soon as it comes up, sometimes having multiple applications under consideration at a time. Even using this approach, the highest I've ever been in line is #9 on the waiting list. Partners Property wants a REFUNDABLE deposit as well as your application fee if you want to be first in line. I think that weeds out allot of folks who have multiple applications out....and helps the serious well qualified prospective renter move up the waiting list. That's what happened to me. I had all their requirements done within 2 hours, and they stopped listing the property while they checked out my qualifications. The Partners' staff was very knowledgable, personal, friendly, and thorough. They did a "meet and greet" with my dog. I knew he would pass, but I also know that if the party who rents the other half of the duplex I will be in has a dog, it will not be aggressive either. The most amazing thing is that I was approved within 24 hours because they put their "noses to the grindstone" and did their jobs. Thank You Partners!
