Bend Mapping & Blueprint

The bald guy there is very rude!! Save your money and go to staples. Treated me like dirt! He stated I was on a no print list because I didn't pick up a print that they took a month to do... I couldn't wait that long, so I went elsewhere. He stated he tossed my prints in the trash and wanted me to still pay for them. I would have gladly paid for them but I'm not paying for prints that he threw away... He definitely needs to learn how to treat customers. Look at all these reviews about this guy!

It's not just the owner, the other guy is a POS too. Last hunting season I had a few maps to pick up as he promptly notified me that he was closing. Still had 25 mins to locate my purchase, did the younger guy help?? Hell no, just stood by the door and glared. In the mean time a local business woman came in for some mapping needs, real estate I believe and he was even more rude to her. When the gal with the long hair who works there attempted to help me, jerk guy stepped in and told me off. I used to own my own business, you cannot treat folks like that and grow. Look at all the bad reviews here, won't forget the hostility, nor should you.

Went into their store today to have some copies made of my existing blueprints. They made them on the spot for a really good price. Fast, friendly, professional. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Super easy ordering process and really quick turnaround. I order PDF sewing patterns and was getting really tired of taping 50+ pages together and worrying about lining everything up properly, they were able to print the large format within just a couple hours after I sent the PDF. Will definitely be doing this for the future!
