        Slowest & Worst ATM machine ever. Great bank. Easy to get loans through. Dumbest ATM machine. Takes 5+ minutes to deposit money. Line builds up fast and then I feel rushed and anxious

        Chandler Tompkins, was more than informative and got back to us on any questions we had during our loan process. Thank you for all your help. Once again Chandler helped us out on raising the amount on our HELOC loan. She was quick in her responses and accomplished what we needed in a very timely manner. We could not suggest any better loan officer. We highly recommend working with Chandler or any employee at Mid Oregon. You wont be disappointed!

We do apologize that your ATM experience was difficult and added stress in an unexpected way. While there are many factors, including cold weather and variable network speeds that can affect the performance of our machines, it is important to us to listen and provide secure, timely service even outside of business hours.
