Bodywork with Monika

Monika is the absolute best. She really listens to what you and your body need during the session. I feel absolutely amazing after every massage with her. I never used to get massages on a regular basis until I started going to Monika - now it's a regular part of my wellness routine.

Sharing her wealth of knowledge and resources. I've enjoyed access bars, massage and body process. Each session feels intuitively catered to what my body, mind and spirit needs, leaving me feeling uplifted and renewed. I received a deep tissue massage and cupping session with Monika, and I was so impressed with her ability to intuit exactly what my body needed. She was able to access my tight muscles in a way that no other body worker has done before. Im thrilled to have someone in my community who I can count on to listen, care, and feel deeply. I did a 90 minute Access Bars session with Monika; within the first 30 seconds I felt the transformational work moving through my body, heart & spirit. The session took me on a journey of healing, aligning my being to my higher self and patiently nurturing me back to inner alignment.
