Balance Therapeutic Bodywork

I've never had a bodywork session like I did today with Christie. The way she intuitively used different modalities to holistically support my body was exactly what I needed. She has a deep understanding of not only anatomy and physiology but also energetics and the way she combines them during a treatment is transformative. Afterword I felt not only blissful but also a deeper presence with my environment, deep bodymind relaxation, and a strong desire to rest and integrate. Christie and her energy works are one of the best gifts you can give yourself. She is authentically kind, attentive, compassionate, and deeply nurturing in an effortless way. If you are being called to tap into your heart center and invest in your own self, I cannot recommend her highly enough!

I have known Christie personally for years and after experiencing a very serious injury causing nerve, bone and muscle damage, I knew that her help would be an intergal part of my healing journey. As i write this review, Im still healing and I know that Christies help over the past 4 months has created results, both mentally and physically. Let me explain... You will know that you are going to have a better-than-expected experience the moment you enter her space. Christie knows and leverages details in her practice that other practitioners are completely unaware of. This is the difference that makes her technique so special makes me feel so much better. Other than mastery of the fundamentals, Christie draws from extensive experience in helping others heal. Meaning, that as time passed after my injury - especially with nerve damage - it was often hard to identify if i was actually better or was beginning to worsen. This is where Christie provided great comfort by applying her experience and comparing where I was with her weeks before. Think on this, Christie was/is spending an hour with me each week, sometimes more. This is the strongest relationship of any wellness provider on this journey and through this relationship I have been able to understand and meet the many challenges of moving on from such an injury.
