Great selection of beer, liquor and non- alc options. Good prices. Gave them 4 because one staff told me I could return something expensive if I didnt like it but when I tried was told cant return non alcoholic stuff but staff gave me a discount on other choice . So it was ok.

Stopped by to pick up a few things. Didnt see a 1.75 of something I was looking for so I asked the woman working the front counter. She replied that they didnt have what I was after. I asked if she would check with the store on Hwy 20 to see if they had it. She told me that they were not affiliated and that if I wanted to check the other stores stock I could call them. There was no one behind me waiting to check out, there was no one at the other counter checking out and there were two checkers on duty doing nothing. The other liquor stores in Bend have always done me the courtesy of checking with the nearby stores to see if they had what I was looking for. But not this store. Unfortunately customer service has become a thing of the past at this store. Not that it will bother this them in the least, but from now on Ill stick with the liquor stores in Bend that still understand customer service and the attitude that used to be prevalent in Bend. My guess is that the cashier I spoke with never knew old Bend.

Good evening Eric ~ I am sorry you had a disappointing experience at the store today. I do want you to know that we do care very much, about this review and all reviews that we get. We ALWAYS appreciate when people give a review and we ALWAYS respond. Positive or negative, we can always do better! We all pride ourselves on our many, many outstanding reviews and feedback about our staff and our customer service. I do think I know what happened tonight, however. You interacted today with one of our newest employees. She does an outstanding job for us so far, has caught on quickly and is a pleasure to have working with our crew. But this situation was clearly our miss that she wasn’t properly trained on searching other stores through www.oregonliquorsearch.com when we don’t have products available in our store (a wonderful tool for public use, BTW). And furthermore, she wasn’t trained to always let our customers know what other stores inventory in Bend is when looking, or whatever the status is of the said product (there are many circumstances, vendor shortage, discontinued at the State level, special order item, and so on). I will make sure to take this review to our manager and have her spend some time with this employee and make sure she understands what to do when someone asks about other opportunities for a product in Bend.
