Thanks for your review, however, we do have a way of validating any out of state license. Each employee is given a liquor control class on how to review out of state and instate licenses. Did you ask for a manager? I do not believe this review deserves a 2 star review. This state is very strict unlike other states. We are monitored by the state constantly and if we do accept an invalid or phony Id we are fined and given a citation for a misdemeanor and must make a court appearance and min fine is over $1,500 to the employee . We are protecting the state also the people who live and visit and that puts us in a difficult situation. According to the state if we cannot validate for sure, we are taught to refuse. I wish you would allow an understanding and reevaluate your two star rating. We have been in this business for well over 20 years now with a 4.9 star rating. By being thorough in watching for licenses with no validity we are protecting all of our customers and their loved ones. My crew is hand picked and are wanting to serve any of our customers polite and professionally. I can guarantee when I share this with our employees they will be very disappointed at this time on Christmas Day. I was told this am by my manager that you did accept the decision not to sell being that the Olcc officer did not call back asap. My Mgr. Stated you totally understood and sincerely accepted it.
