Sienna was so amazing and helpful with all of our purchases! She ensured we were happy and satisfied throughout entire purchase. She also inspected and cleaned our old jewelry where we found a missing back to our earring, to which she offered a new one so we could make it home safe with our earrings. Thank you Sienna for all your help and knowledge!

My husband and I shopped here for anniversary rings and I had my wedding rings inspected & cleaned. This was one of the best retail experiences weve had. Krista was very patient, friendly, attentive to detail, and super intuitive and design-oriented. She also made us feel comfortable and relaxed which is important when making large purchases. This was our first purchase with Kay's Jewelers ever. We originally went in for a specific ring. They didn't happen to have that one on the floor, but they did have another one that caught my eye. We purchased it last Thursday. The manager was the one who helped us and she was very friendly and patient (Elizabeth) . Since they logged our information, I happened to get a President's day sale notification on my email. I looked for the specific ring we had just purchased and found it to be even more on sale. We called and Krista and Lizzy were very helpful and happy to help us and offered to refund the difference on price Thank you ladies! amazing.
So far, I am loving everything about our experience with them!
