        This is the worst service I've ever had. I've called at least 18 times. They have set up 6 appointments with a repair person and not once have they shown up. I'm at my wits end.

        Paid for 60 mbps and only got 30 mbps consistently even when I had my computer directly plugged into the modem. When I called to cancel my services they offered to drop the rate by $15. I should have called much earlier in the year to cancel and try to get the lower rate. If you have better options take them. The only nice thing was the staff was friendly after I finally got through to them.
